C&C Luxury was founded by Allie & Toni Sevdalis. Each piece is either lovingly made to order or curated by Allie & Toni Sevdalis. They decided to release a jewelry line in order to provide their viewers with affordable and accessible jewelry to bring luxury to your everyday life.
All of our pieces are available in a standard size that fits most. Every standard bracelet is made to fit a 6 inch wrist, so in total the bracelet measures just under 7 inches. Each standard necklace/choker is made to fit a 13" neck accordingly. If you require a larger or smaller size, please select YES to the custom option & leave your measurement n inches in the pop up box. There is a customization fee of $3.00 per item. Please note that custom orders are not guaranteed to be shipped within 2 business days.
The majority of our pieces are stainless steel (pieces that ARE stainless steel are noted in the description) or plated stainless steel. We strongly recommend removing your pieces prior to bathing or going swimming. You should treat your pieces as you would any other piece of fashion jewelry to preserve their vitality. We reccommend being careful with your pieces & avoiding direct contact between the jewelry and lotions/creams, perfumes/body sprays, water, etc.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Each piece of jewelry is handmade and ready to ship within 10 business days. Please note that during high volume times, additional processing days may be required since everything is handmade by Allie & Toni.
In the event that we are given the incorrect address or part of your address is missing, C&C is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address. In the event that the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs HERE. If you would prefer a refund, you will be refunded the cost of merchandise.
Each and every piece is made to order & custom made for you, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please measure your neck/wrist to guarantee your perfect fit prior to ordering.
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. A $10 restocking fee and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed using the payment method you provided at checkout. In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be in brand new condition with no signs of wear.
In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.

If your order has already been shipped or processed we are unable to cancel your order. A $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund due to the processing and restocking we must do afterwards. Your refund will appear on your original payment method. If you wish to change something in your order, please also do this within 24 hours. Once we have begun production, we cannot offer changes.
We purchased our materials in USD, so our prices are based on what we paid. If we were to convert it to CAD before posting them on the site, the prices would be equivalent to the USD you see when you checkout.
Coupon codes are often shared via our newsletter, Twitter & Instagram. Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be added afterwards.
